Not only has Mayor Jeff Lehman proclaimed April to be Poetry Month in the City of Barrie, but his office has asked me to read a poem before Council on 10 April to celebrate Poetry City. 

The poem I read two years ago at Council was just accepted for an anthology expected in 2018, along with a poem I read two years ago at the Barrie Arts Awards. Details to follow.
